Automatic Optical Inspection EYEline^® and EYEspex^®
Inspection of circuits or lead frames in reel or cut strips. Highly efficient and flexible systems ensure the flawless quality of the products. Dimensional measurements, shape comparison and surface-quality detection are among the criteria commonly inspected.

Continuous slitting system
High-precision slitting of continuous strips. We supply high volume slitting equipment for all materials.

Copper laminating system
on flexible reeled materials. Our knowledge of the continuous production technology resulted in the development of a copper laminating system, on pre-stamped flexible substrates, for example Capton, Polyester, Polyimide and others.
