Copper Laminating Machine 1715 Series
GENERALOnce the sprocket holes and the windows have been punched into the base material the laminating can take place.
The copper with one side specially treated to increase glue adherence is then laminated onto the base material coated with a layer of glue.
Laminating temperature, pressure, and tension are utmost importance to control flowing of the glue and elongation of the film.
One of the key point of the process is the centering of the copper according to the perforation in order to maximize the usable zone without covering the sprocket holes which are usually used for reference in the following steps.

- Monitoring of row material production flow and quality
- Versatility of production
- Reduction of production lead times
- Improve film quality
- Width of film: up to 150 mm
- Pressure of laminating cylinder: adjustable up to 500 N
- Heating cylinder temperature: adjustable up to 240°C (465°F)
