Some of our standard machines for LCD manufacturing

The Flexoprinter is designed for selective deposit of thin layers of polyimid or photoresist onto a substrate.
The flexoprinter is a solution of surface selectivity to cover as well as the saving of solution that needs to be deposited.

Rubbing machine
 This rubbing machine is intended for tracing grooves in the polyimid to orient the liquid crystal molecules. The grooves are made using a special rubbing cloth and have the depth of a few Angstrom.

The assembling process of LCD's is roughly divided into three macro steps. The machine described hereafter is specifically intended for the final step when the LCD module is completed with outside components such as polarized filters.

 The equipment is designed for filling LCD cells with liquid crystals. Because of the thin gap between the substrates and the narrowness of the channel for filling, a special technique using injection under gas pressure is required.
